Fiat Linea sedan 2012 variant launched in India at a price of Rs 6.83 lacs
Fiat India launched their all new and revamped Linea sedan earlier today at an event in New Delhi for a base price of Rs 6.83 lacs. All new Fiat Linea is available in both petrol and diesel powered engine options. For the petrol option, Fiat Linea comes with a 1.4L FIRE engine generating 90 PS power and 115 Nm torque while for the diesel option, 2012 Linea heart beats with a 1.3L Multijet generating 93 PS power and 209 Nm torque.
These variants are further divided into three more trim levels, Active Linea – entry level variant, Dynamic Linea – mid-level variant and Emotion Linea – topend variant. Active Linea petrolis priced at Rs 6.83 lacs, Dynamic Linea petrol is priced at Rs 7.81 lacs, Active Linea diesel is priced at Rs 7.84 lacs, Dynamic Linea diesel is priced at Rs 8.84 lacs, and Emotion Linea diesel is priced at Rs 9.90 lacs.
Apart from the existing features seen in the previous Linea sedan variant, 2012 variant will also feature all new air conditioning system, rain/mist sensing windshield wipers, auto switch on/off headlamps, and highest ground clearance in class. Linea Active variant is the entry level variant which features radio with CD/MP3 player, remote locking, front and rear fog lamps, electric ORVM’s. Linea Dynamic variant is the fully loaded mid variant featuring auto AC, dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, Blue and Me and chrome interior kit. Top of the line, Linea Emotion variant will feature leather upholstery, bigger 16” alloys, and wider tires.
As far as mileage is concerned, Linea petrol gives a mileage of 14.6 kmpl while Linea diesel gives a mileage of 20.4 kmpl. 2012 Linea sedan has a boot capacity of 500 lts, fuel tank capacity of 45 lts, turning radius of 5.4 mts, and ground clearance of 185 mm which is also the highest in its class.
