Honda has introduced two new variants in the Amaze sedan and Brio hatchback lineup in India. These include VX(O) for the Amaze and VX for the Brio and both come in with an Audio Video Navigation (AVN) system as is also seen on the Mobilio. Touchscreen is available only in manual top end variant.
Amaze VX(O) with Audio-Video Navigation is positioned above the existing VX grade in Manual Transmission in both petrol and diesel. Brio VX grade is available with striking Black Interiors and AVN. Honda AVN system includes many driver and passenger conveniences with a 15.7 inch touchscreen system with preloaded maps, navigation and entertainment. Connectivity features on board both the Amaze and Brio include DVD/CD, Bluetooth, USB, AUX, iPOD, MP3 and FM/AM while Bluetooth is synced to the user’s smartphone to allow functions such as dialing, answering of calls, access to address book and history. The AVN system, coming in with preloaded maps allows the user to search for addresses and reach their destination in a quick and convenient manner.
These two new grades added to the Honda Amaze and Brio lineup come in with new pricing. Honda Amaze VX(O) MT petrol is priced at INR 7.32 lakhs while the VX(O) MT diesel variant is priced at INR 8.20 lakhs. Honda Brio VX BL petrol MT is priced at INR 5.99 lakhs while VX BL petrol AT variant carries a price tag of INR 6.78 lakhs. All prices are ex- Delhi.
