Hyundai Elite i20 equipment package revised for the second time in 2015

Hyundai Elite i20 Asta (O) features

The top-end variant no longer offers auto dimming IRVM.

The brisk selling Hyundai Elite i20 premium hatchback has just received its second equipment level revision of the year. According to a report by Team-bhp, the Maruti Baleno rival gains and loses a few features in its fully-loaded Asta (O) avatar.

The variant now sports glossy black C-Pillar finish instead of matte back treatment seen in rest of the variants. The Elite i20 Asta (O) also receives a shorter roof-mounted radio antenna which is sourced from the i20 Active soft crossover.

Hyundai has decided to delete the auto dimming interior rear view mirror from the Asta (O)’s equipment package. Rest of the elements continue without any changes. The mild revision is appears to be a part of Hyundai’s continued efforts to improve the cost structure without compromising on the overall appeal of the product.
