First unit of Lamborghini Huracan Avio arrives on Indian streets

Limited to just 250 examples worldwide, it was not revealed as to how many Lamborghini Huracan Avio units have been allotted to India. Launched last year, we finally have the first unit of this exclusive supercar on our roads.

True to its name ‘Avio’, pays homage to the aviation industry to which it owes both its design and technology. Priced from INR 3.71 crore, the first unit of Huracan LP610-4 Avio in India belongs to a owner in Kolkata. The images here were shared by Shubham Bubna.

Lamborghini Huracan Avio is based on the Huracan LP610-4. It receives the same V10 engine offering 610 PS peak power at 8,250 rpm and 560 Nm torque at 6,250 rpm mated to a 7 speed dual clutch transmission.

Acceleration from 0 to 100 kmph is achieved in 3.2 seconds, top speed stands at 325 kmph and it does 100 – 0 kmph in just 31.9 meters. Lamborghini Huracan Avio sits on Pirelli P-Zero tyres and 20” GIANO cast wheels while it will be presented in 5 exterior paint options with racing stripes on white or grey from bonnet to roof.

Distinctive ‘L63’ decals will be seen on each door with ‘L’ representing the name of the company and ‘63’ representing the year it was founded in 1963. Interiors which will sport extensive use of quality black leather and Alcantara will also receive ‘L63’ badging and seats will get special ‘L63’ embroidered logos.

Just like every other Lamborghini on sale around the world, Huracan Avio is also being produced from the company plant in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy.
