Mahindra Mojo pre-booking customers to get additional benefits – Scoop

Mahindra Mojo pre-booking benefits

Launch is slated for the end of September with regular deliveries commencing in early August.

Bookings for the Mahindra Mojo have just started at select dealerships across the country for INR 10,000 as the company is gearing up to launch its much delayed product. Rushlane has learnt that Mahindra will be offering added benefits to customers who are pre-booking its flagship product.

To start with, the pre-sale orders would receive 2 years/unlimited km warranty, a discounted maintenanceĀ package for the first 3 scheduled services and possible discounts on insurance and accessories. Yes, Mahindra will also introduce accessories to spruce up the motorcycle’s rugged appeal (headlamp protector, engine guard) and enhance its luggage carrying capability (pannier frames and bag holders).

These benefits are designed to offer significant long term savingsĀ to customers who have enough faith to put their money on the 300 cc tourer even before the prices are announced. Select dealerships will soon start offering test rides to help prospective customers decide on the booking.

Mahindra Mojo bookings

Mahindra Mojo will act as a brand shaper for the company’s two wheeler division.

According to our sources, Mahindra is looking to start selling the Mojo in tier-I cities initially before ramping up the production and going Pan-India. Top cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai would be the first markets for the motorcycle.

To recap, the Mojo is powered by a 296 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled fuel-injected engine which is tuned to deliver 27 hp and 30 Nm of torque. A 6-speed gearbox transmits power.
