Aimed at providing the lounge experience to elite customers, Maruti XL6 has been launched at a starting price of Rs 9.80 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Although XL6 utilizes the same Heartect platform and the same engine as Ertiga, it is superior in terms of styling and feature upgrades. Customers looking to add some more oomph and functionality to this premium MPV can opt for official accessories.

Maruti XL6 online configurator has now been launched on the company’s NEXA experience website. Here, you can choose from a variety of exterior and interior accessories. For enhancing visual appeal, customers can choose accessories such as door visor chrome insert (Rs 3,450), body side moulding (Rs 2,699) and number plate frame (Rs 500).

For adding more premiumness to the interiors, customers can choose mat carpet (Rs 2,390). In terms of functionality, the available options are car care kit (Rs 750), body cover (Rs 1,990), tissue box (Rs 599) and perfume (Rs 375). In addition to this, there are range of options which are listed under the Car Car and Infotainment section.

Maruti XL6 makes a dominating stance and it is easily noticeable with its prominent features such as blacked out grille with dual chrome strips, LED headlamps with DRLs, uniquely designed hood, all-round body cladding, LED fog lamps, updated bumper, 15-inch alloy wheels and front and rear skid plates.

XL6 is longer, wider, and taller than Ertiga, which helps achieve a stately look for this MPV. XL6 interiors come with an all-black theme with leather seats and soft touch materials, which ensure a premium experience for passengers.

One tends to marvel at everything that’s on the inside such as the stone finished dashboard with glossy silver accents, leather seats and leather wrapped steering wheel. Captain seats in the middle row are the primary USP of XL6 and they sure give you a sense of superior comfort and luxury.

XL6 gets its power from a 1.5-litre BS-VI compliant engine that churns out 103 hp @ 6,000 rpm and 138 Nm @ 4,400 rpm. Engine is mated to a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmission.
