We can only guess that the experience of owning, and riding a MV Agusta F4 RC is euphoric. No doubt then that MaxRider was thrilled to bit after finally getting his hands on the bike. The limited edition is limited to limited to 250 units worldwide. After being imported, and reaching Pune, it took a while for formalities to be sorted before the bike went on its way to Chennai.
MaxRider had this to say upon getting delivery of his MV Agusta F4 RC, “After much wait finally the Registration of my bike!! Bike being taken to the RTO by the people very close to my heart… my brothers who stood with me through everything! Apologies from JMB for the delay which makes me regret my post earlier. Thank you Satish Mehta Ji for making me understand the facts for the delay. Apologies from my side as well. I want to take the delivery with the good thoughts and blessings of everyone. Truth always triumphs! Thank you all!!! With all your blessings I started my first ride Bangalore to Hyderabad.”
And yes, you read that right. Soon after taking delivery, MaxRider began his first ride. He had this to say, “Thank you all!!! With all your blessings I started my first ride Bangalore to Hyderabad”. He even posted a teatime photo of the bike parked at a tea stop, so, we can all stare at the bike a little longer.
The MV Agusta F4 RC (Reparto Corse) is Unit 91/250. With a comparably powerful engine over the standard version, each bike is equipped with a track ready kit box, shipped with the bike. The very special black track kit box wears an Italian flag colour strip, and houses a carbon fibre rear seat cowl, motorcycle cover, Termignoni exhaust system in titanium, with carbon fibre heat guard; quick-release tank cap, red anodized Ergal plugs to be used when rear view mirrors are removed, certification demonstrating its limited edition heritage, and carbon fibre rear seat cowl for single-seater use.
Specs: Powered by a 998cc four cylinder engine, the machine returns max power of 205 hp of power at 13,450 rpm. With the kit, that number goes up to 212 hp. Max torque is reported at 115 Nm at 9300 rpm. You’re looking at a beast that’s worth nearabouts Rs 60 lakhs.
