2019 Isuzu V Cross facelift, offered in Standard and High variants, gets cosmetic updates and new colour options. Presented in colours of Ruby Red, Titanium Silver, Obsidian Grey, Cosmic Black and Splash White, the company has added two more colours of Sapphire Blue and Silky Pearl White.
Bookings have opened at all company showrooms even as prices have not been revised and the ISUZU D-MAX V-Cross continues to be priced between Rs 15.51 lakhs for the Standard variant and Rs.17.03 lakhs for the High variant. These are introductory prices and will be increased in some time.
The new features on the Isuzu V Cross facelift include both exterior and interior updates which total 20 exciting changes that make the V-Cross even more attractive.
It gets a new front grille, Bi-LED headlamps, fog lamps with chrome bezel, diamond cut 18” alloy wheels and flared wheel arches. Its sporty stance is further accentuated with roof rails, shark fin antenna, side steps, blackened B Pillar and chrome accents on its bumper. Design elements to the rear see new LED tail lamps and new design lines.
The interiors of ISUZU D-MAX V-Cross also get updated and sport a full black color scheme common to both the variants. The seating is better contoured while the High variant gets perforated leather seats for added passenger comforts.
The cockpit gets upgraded with a new 3D Design Electroluminescent Meter and Gear Shift Indicator offering vital information to the driver while the dashboard, central console and doors also follow the blacked out color scheme. USB charging is offered to passengers at the rear.
Along with comfort and infotainment, the safety features also get updated on the ISUZU D-MAX V-Cross. It now sports PESS – Passive Entry and Start Stop feature allowing for easy access at the touch of a button.
The V-Cross also gets an iGRIP platform and other safety features such as seat belt with pre-tensioner, load limiter, speed sensitive door lock, seat belt reminder for co-passenger, front, side and curtain airbags and hill start assist and hill descent control. ABS and EBD are also offered as standard.
ISUZU D-MAX V-Cross gets its power via a BS VI compliant engine offering 134 hp power and 320 Nm torque and capable of high pressure common rail fuel ignition system. The engine gets mated to a 5 speed manual transmission. It continues to be produced at the Isuzu Motors India plant in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh.
