Piaggio Medley scooter at the EICMA Show sports a new 125 or 150cc liquid cooled iGet engine. This engine receives a start stop system which Piaggio claims will considerably reduce fuel consumption while special attention to detail is also noted.
Piaggio Medley scooter boasts of daytime running lights with light guide technology, digital instrumentation, ABS and immobilizer. Seating is comfortable and low while storage space is at a premium under seats.
Piaggio Group will also be re-launching its Liberty scooter powered by a new iGet 150cc engine. Coming in with a completely new design and digital instrumentation, the Liberty scooter receives a new headlight unit with daytime running lights and a spacious storage compartment.
Accessories include remote control built into the key making it easier to locate. Piaggio Liberty will be offered in two configurations – Classic Standard and Sporty S. The Standard Classic variant will be offered in Bianco Perla and Blu Midnight, as well as the new Marrone Etna color scheme while Liberty Sport S receives bolder color schemes of Rosso Ibis and Grigio Titanio Opaco as the model is directed at younger and a more dynamic audience.
Vespa 70 from Piaggio Group will also be in attendance at the EICMA Show 2015 as a series of special editions to mark the 70th anniversary of Vespa. This series will include the PX, Primavera and GTX Vespa with special Azzuro 70 color scheme, distinctive paint on wheels and special 70th anniversary logo on sides.
While Piaggio Group will have this triple treat displayed at the 2015 EICMA Show, no pricing has been announced as on date.
