Rezvani Tank is being offered in three variants – Standard, X and Military. Like its earlier counterpart, the car is armored, bullet proof and gets an electrically protected body. In addition, it also gets electromagnetic pulse (EMP) – E1, E2 and E3 electromagnetic pulses which means it is ready to face even a nuclear war.
This is the second generation Rizvani Tank while the original version, launched in 2017, was based on the JK Jeep Wrangler. 2020 Rezvani Tank with claims that it is the most powerful production SUV in the world.
Where its exterior design is concerned, the 2020 Rezvani Tank SUV sports the same profile. It gets refreshed styling with new panels, lighting and glass while the biggest change is seen in the back doors which are switched from rear to front hinged allowing for a proper door handle.
Other design elements include sleek headlamps, sculpted hood, wide muscles on its sides, an LED bar and black front grille. It is given an imposing and sinister stance with a new matte finished military paint shade. The Tank Military trim gets bullet proof glass and doors, run flat tyres, explosive protection, self sealing gas tank, thermal cameras, strobe lights and sirens. It also receives a smoke screen, electrified door handles and gas masks for overall protection from EMPs.
Its on road performance is further enhanced with off road tyres measuring 37”, Fox racing suspension, Dynatrac axle setup with air lockers and an air compressor. It also receives Dynatrac ProGrip brakes at the front and rear and driveshafts along with Fox Racing 3.0 internal bypass shocks with DSC.
The regular 2020 Rizvani Tank is powered by a 2.0 liter, 4 cylinder turbo engine offering 285 hp power. It is also offered with a 3.6 liter V6, naturally aspirated engine rated at 285 hp power while it also gets a 6.4 liter V8 engine offering 500 hp power and a3.6 liter diesel engine capable of 285 hp power. The top of the line Tank X Edition gets a 500 hp V8 engine, 285 hp diesel engine and a Dodge sourced 6.2 liter, supercharged V8 engine offering 1,000 hp peak power and 1180 Nm peak torque.
2020 Rizvani Tank SUV is priced at Rs.1,55,000 ( Rs.1.05 crores). The Military Edition is priced at $2,95,000 (Rs. 2,09,45,737) while the top of the line Tank X is priced at $3,49,000 (Rs.2,47,72,194).
