Rolls Royce Wraith - History of Rugby

Rugby special Rolls Royce Wraith – History of Rugby is designed at company’s Bespoke Design Studio in Goodwood, England.

Rolls Royce Motor Cars has introduced a one off Rolls Royce Wraith – History of Rugby, celebrating Rugby World Cup 2015 (September 18, 2015 – October 31, 2015). The new Wraith is painted in a special colour scheme matching the white rugby shirts worn at Rugby School founded in Warwickshire back in 1567. The same white is also the colour of English Rugby team shirt.

Speaking about updates/modifications seen on this one-off RR, these are in the form of subtle external updates. Like a red rose motif on its hand painted deep green coachline and new 21” five twin spoke alloy wheels.

Interiors are dominated by a Seashell color scheme with Navy Blue accents while all head rests continue with a rose red theme. The dashboard panel receives a Hotspur Red color while doors and seats continue with the same scheme. Piano Black veneer is seen on the dashboard and central panel along with inlays of English Rose.

Rolls Royce Wraith – History of Rugby sees no changes where engine specifications are concerned. It will continue to be powered by a 6.6 liter V12 twin turbo engine offering 632 PS peak power and 800 Nm peak torque capable of acceleration from 0 to 100 kmph in 4.4 seconds.

No pricing has been announced as on date but one can expect the Rolls Royce Wraith – History of Rugby to be priced similar to the Wraith ‘Inspired by Music’ at £235,000 (INR 2,37,66,837).
