Royal Enfield Road Side Assistance launched – For new and old motorcycles

Post the recall, the motorcycle is found to have less tappet noise.

Customers with RE motorcycles that are not more than 5 years old can avail the new service.

Royal Enfield has launched Road Side Assitance scheme for both new and old motorcycles. The scheme will be offered free of cost for the first year with every new motorcycle sold from now on.

Available only for Royal Enfield bikes that are less than 5 years old, the prices for the RSA varies with the age of the motorcycle.

New motorcycles will now come with 1 year free RSA.

Customers owning RE thumpers which are 1 to 3 years old can avail the package for INR 800 per year while owners of motorcycles which are 3-5 years old have to pay a sum of INR 1,000 per year.

The Royal Enfield Road Side Assistance will cover several unforeseen incidents including accidents. As long as the nearest RE service centre is less than 100 km from the scene of the incident, the motorcycle will be transported free of cost.

Other usual issues like mechanical breakdown, electrical glitch, drained battery, flat tyres, low fuels will be covered by the scheme. In these cases, a technician will be dispatched to the site to fix the bike. Customers who have subscribed for RE RSA can avail the services by calling the toll free number – 1800 2100 007.

The scheme will cover issues like accidents, breakdown, electrical problem, drained battery, low fuel, flat tyre, etc.
