Suzuki At Your Doorstep will allow existing customers book service online, while new customers can buy two wheelers online
Suzuki at your Doorstep programme from the Japanese bike manufacturer caters to test-rides, new vehicle deliveries, and after-sales service. Suzuki Motorcycle India’s new service module is designed to meet customer demand, during and post Covid-19 lockdown.
Suzuki At Your Doorstep programme is integrated within SMIPL’s official website. This enables customers to buy, test-ride, and select after sales services. Customers can book Suzuki two-wheeler products through a toll-free number. Thereafter they can be connected to the nearest dealership in case a visit needs to be arranged. Entire product range of Suzuki Motorcycle India – Gixxer, Access, Intruder, Burgman, etc are on offer under this new service.
For now, the country is drafting outlines for how businesses will jump back to work in the midst of a pandemic. As such, while company dealerships are beginning to up the shutter, not all areas are yet in the clear. Opening of a dealership in an area is being done as per government and local authority directives.
Suzuki at your doorstep programme will be made available over 112 cities in the country. The purchase process is a 5-step one – booking, followed by colour selection, location and dealer selection, selection of payment mode, and date and time. The digital purchase process is meant to be hassle-free.

With our online sales solution, we look forward to bring in positivity in two-wheeler segment and the overall industry post Covid- 19.”
Booking can be facilitated by paying booking amount, and full payment (ex-showroom price). Payment is to be completed through an online gateway, and invoice detail will be shared with customer and respective dealer. Test-ride vehicles are being sanitized to ensure safety of potential customers and employees. Soon, the programme will offer easy online financing for purchases.
After sales services is being clubbed with doorstep assistance to fix minor faults or for regular servicing excluding washing. Customers within 5km radius of the dealership can avail doorstep vehicle pick up and drop or may choose to visit the dealership based on prior appointment.
