The Ertiga for the Indonesia market is being shipped from India in the form of CKD kits.

The Suzuki Ertiga Dreza, a premium version of the regular Ertiga with a redesigned front fascia, has been launched in Indonesia. The new derivative is available in two variants – Dreza MT and Dreza GS AT – with the prices ranging from IDR 216,900,000 (around INR 10.4 lakhs) to IDR 236.5 million (around INR 11.34 lakhs).

The new derivative sports busy front fascia with a 3D front grille composed of honeycomb meshing and multi-layered glossy rectangular-ish loops. An equally audacious bumper with wide air intakes, LED DRLs and circular foglights adds to the visual difference. A chrome lip on the bonnet rounds off the design change upfront.

The interior gains a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system.

The profile gets new alloy wheels and scuff plates while the rear fascia houses a roof-mounted spoiler, Dreza badge and a revised bumper with chrome applique. On the inside, the enhancements come in the form of darker dual-tone color theme, 9-inch infotainment system and wooden trims.

The Ertiga Dreza retains the regular version’s 1.4-litre four-cylinder K-Series petrol engine which is mated either to a 5-speed MT or a 4-speed AT. The motor generates 92 PS and 130 Nm of torque. The Dreza is equipped with ABS with EBD as a standard fitment.

The Suzuki Ertiga Dreza would appeal to younger audience. It’s to be noted that the Indonesian market sources the Japanese compact MPV from India via CKD route. However, the cosmetic updates involving plastic body parts could very well be a market specific undertaking.
