Its platform has made its way to the Magic HT, Magic CNG, Magic IRIS and Magic IRIS CNG and it is from among this list that one in every five commercial vehicles are sold in the country.
Celebrations marked the 10th anniversary of Tata Ace mini truck with R Ramakrishnan, Senior Vice President, Commercial Vehicles Business Unit, Tata Motors regaling the small commercial vehicle for its versatility while Tata Ace is currently leader in sub 1 ton truck segment.
Tata Ace family has surpassed the 1.5 million sales mark in these ten years.
It is its affordable pricing, sturdy stance, fuel efficiency and low maintenance costs that have made it appeal to entrepreneurs and small businesses both in urban, semi urban and rural sectors in the country while Tata Ace is exported to over 28 countries across South Asia, Africa and ASEAN countries.
Tata Ace is produced from the company plant in Pantnagar, Uttarakhand which started off with capacity of 30,000 units per annum in 2004-05 but has been expanded to 5,00,000 units per annum as on date.
