Tata Nano GenX was launched on May 19, 2015. It is priced at INR 1.99 lakhs to INR 2.89 lakhs and sees many improvements as compared to its earlier counterpart with increased safety, equipment and comfort features. One of the major changes includes an openable hatch door with access to a 110 liter boot and 5 speed AMT.
Expected to boost sales, there is a lot riding for Tata Motors on the new Nano GenX. With bookings already open and deliveries having commenced in major cities across India; Tata Motors has introduced a new contest for their customers.
Called ‘The Chosen One’ campaign, winners will get a chance to win an all expenses paid trip to Sanand and see the roll-out of new Nano from the production lines of Tata Motors plant. You can participate by booking a Nano GenX before 18th June, exactly the day when Tata Nano GenX completes its first full month in India. The message is clear, the company aims to collect as many Nano GenX bookings as possible; and is leaving no stone unturned to register a new record in receiving bookings.
As a part of the campaign, all customers who have booked a Tata Nano GenX XT and XTA variant or are in the process of booking the same by June 18, 2015 will be eligible for the campaign. 20 winners will be announced on the 24th of June and will be offered an all expenses trip to Tata Motors plant in Sanand on 7th July 2015 where they will not only see the roll out of their Nano, but also take delivery of their Nano GenX model.

These customers will also be presented with a birth certificate for their own Nano at the plant and will be able to name their cars as they deem fit. Besides ‘The Chosen One’ campaign, Tata Motors is also offering its existing Nano customers Power of 1+1 program. Under this program, existing Nano owners will get a chance to own the new GenX Nano with Easy Shift Automated Manual Transmission.

20 Lucky Customers, winners of The Chosen Ones campaign today witnessed the world-class engineering, behind the GenX Nano at the Sanand facility. The campaign concluded today with the finale event- a first-of-its-kind customer focused initiative in India.
