Skoda will celebrate their 40th anniversary of RS 130 next year and to mark that, a new RS badged car is expected to launch. As the source revealed, it will be a new Octavia RS sporting 280 PS of peak power, with some design changes as well.
Skoda India has delivered 1,700 vehicles to customers in March 2014. When compared with 2,300 vehicles sold in March 2013, last month’s sales equate to 26% sales decline. In fact, Skoda has registered a sales decline here even for the first 2 months of 2014. Skoda India sold 1,600 cars in January 2014 as compared to 2,400 cars in January 2013 equating to 32.5% sales decline. In February, Skoda India sold 1,300 vehicles. When compared to 1,800 cars sold in 2013 February, this equates to 28.2% sales decline.
