The new SKODA Octavia was presented with seven awards from the Indian automotive fraternity. SKODA AUTO India has received an overwhelming response since the launch of the New Octavia in October 2013.
4,000,000th Skoda Octavia rolled off the production line at the Mlada Boleslav plant today. The Å KODA Octavia has been setting standards in the compact segment since 1996 and is by far the brandâ€™s best-selling model. Octavia production is undertaken in the Czech Republic, Russia, India, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and from 2014 in China.
SKODAâ€™s critically acclaimed all-new Octavia has only been on sale for a few months but itâ€™s clearly going to need its own trophy cabinet. Hot on the heels of being voted â€˜Tow Car of the Yearâ€™, the Å KODA Octavia has taken class honours in the National Car Awards from WeLoveAnyCar.

The radiator grille with its 19 vertical slats forms the centre of the vehicle’s front end. To give the grille added visual emphasis, the designers separated it more clearly from the headlights. Slight curves make the outer shape more dynamic. A fine strip of chrome surrounds the radiator grille – for an elegant, distinctive finish.
A visit to Skoda India’s Facebook page will reveal an exciting #SKODAUnofficialExpert2 contest. The contest calls for participants to answer a few multiple choice questions. Participants need to correctly answer a range of questions.
Skoda Fabia not being sustainable enough in India any longer has being axed. However, all who have purchased the vehicle have no reason to worry as the company has introduced an annual maintenance package for the hatchback. This ensures continued service and maintenance over the next 4 years.

The giant Skoda vRS Mega Man-Pram is clearly designed to turn heads. Designed for new dads, the super buggy is an ATV and keys into the fact that 76% of dads would be behind a pram with higher design specs. This includes wing mirrors, high spec brakes including brake lights, and high-beam headlamp.
Skoda India has fallen out of favour where Fabia is concerned but that doesn’t leave the automaker out of sorts.
