Delhi: Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) is keen to establish ‘National Road Safety and Traffic Management Board’ to address road safety related issues in India by 2014 end. The apex body will help in development and regulation of road safety, traffic management system and safety standards in highway design and construction.
