Force India has strengthened its position in top six of constructors’ championship with a double score in Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Team drivers, Paul di Resta and Adrian Sutil took sixth and tenth place respectively.
Sahara Force India, the only Indian team on the F1 roaster currently, started the 2013 season impressively, by scoring 59 points from the first 8 races. At one point, they were ranked better than McLaren-Mercedes, but their form has taken a huge hit since the new tires were introduced.
The only Indian outfit in F1 today, has added yet another feather to it’s cap when their academy driver, 15 yr old Jehan Daruvala claimed the British Karting Championship. In doing so, he joins the league of F1 champions like Jenson Button and Nigel Mansell, who too had been champions here earlier.

As Jules Bianchi and Adrian Sutil compete for a Force India driver seat for 2013, Sebastien Buemi and Jamie Alguersuari are ruled out. 23 year old Bianchi was the reserve driver for the team last year, while Sutil had been dropped as team driver.
