As seen in the images here, Mahindra Mojo 300 will be seen with upside down forks and twin muffler mudguards while it will be powered by a 292cc liquid cooled, four stroke, single cylinder engine which is expected to be capable of 27 bhp power at 8,000 rpm and 25 Nm torque at 6,500 rpm while mated to a 6 speed transmission. Slated to sit on Pirelli Sport Demon tyres on Y spoke black alloy wheels, the bike will receive its stopping power from disc brakes both at the front and at the rear. ABS does not seem to be on offer.
Other features to be seen on board the new Mahindra Mojo 300 will include front cowl with twin headlamps with daytime running lights, integrated LED turn indicators in mirrors and LED tail lights sitting just above a well designed mudguard. As seen in the images, Mojo will sport a digital speedometer, trip meter, fuel meter, and an analogue tachometer.
Mahindra Mojo 300 expected to come in with an approximate price tag of INR 2 lakhs. It will find many competitors on its launch in India. These will include the likes of Kawasaki Ninja 300R, Honda CBR 250R and KTM Duke 390 / RC390.
Apart from Mojo, Mahindra Two Wheelers have ambitious plans in store with another 110cc automatic scooter in the pipeline, codenamed G101 as on date. The company has also announced a 100-110cc product in the commuter segment along with a disc brake variant of Centuro, all of which will launch in the months ahead.
