The Mahindra Mojo Crimson Matte (red) color option which was showcased at the Auto Expo 2016 earlier this year is reported to be launched soon. The new color theme which sports more black treated elements than the existing color themes enhances the motorcycle’s sportiness.
The matte finished hue for the fuel tank, front fender, headlamp cowl and radiator shrouds have an upmarket appeal. The side panels, signature twin ribs below the fuel tank are finished in black while the USD front fork continues with its golden finish.
The company has been launching the Mojo across main metros in India in a phased manner. Now that the availability is spread across the country, the relatively new Indian two wheeler maker has launched a marketing campaign for the bike titled “Born for the roads“.
The Mojo Tribe ownership club and Mojo Trail road trips are also a part of the brand building exercise. The flagship product targets touring enthusiasts with its upmarket equipment and ability to embark on long distance journeys.
The motorcycle is powered by a 300 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine which is tuned to deliver 27.2 PS (20 KW) and 35 Nm of torque. Transmission is a 6-speed unit.
