2013 Luxury Customer Experience Index (LCEI) ranks Audi top luxury automotive brand
2013 Luxury Customer Experience Index (LCEI) ranks Audi top luxury automotive brand. Of 10 brands evaluated, Audi scored 8.36 on a scale of 10. In 2011, 2011, Audi USA created a Customer Experience Team.
Jeri Ward leader of the team which designs strategy and marketing tips for the brand in USA was happy with these results. He also stated that service provided by Audi sales staff delights customers and ensures that their loyalty stays with the brand.
Apart from this, Audi also announced a US sales record of 139,310 vehicles for 2012 while December was a fruitful month with sales of 14,841 vehicles. Audi hopes that its market will continue to grow during 2013 and it will be investing $17 billion for development of new technologies to be used in its future line up of vehicles.
