ConnectedDrive info on EV charging stations for BMW i drivers

Car Charging Group and BMW of North America have entered into a data licensing agreement. Hereon, CarCharging will provide detailed public EV charging station information available on the Blink Network directly to BMW drivers. Information transfer will happen through BMW’s ConnectedDrive in-vehicle navigation system and the BMW i Remote mobile app.

BMW i3This enables BMW i drivers to find the closest EV charging station and take stgock of real time use status. As per CarCharging and BMW’s agreement, ConnectedDrive will include info about all public EV charging stations on Blink’s Network, alongwith listing EV charging stations owned and operated by CarCharging.
