Honda Amaze, City, Brio and CR-V price revision: India Interim Budget 2014-15

While an Economic downturn in India caused a number of automakers here to suffer in silence for months because of falling sales, a bleak market, notwithstanding, Honda Cars India continued to sell cars in profitable volumes these past few months.

January 2014 broke a number of sales records for HCIL with 15714 cars sold, equating to 188% sales growth when compared to 5451 units sold in 2013 January. In response to this week’s Interim Budget 2014-15 announcement, Honda passes Excise Duty benefits to customers by reducing prices across the model range from Rs 14,650 to Rs 44,741, and are effective from 19th Feb 2014.
