Wolverhampton, UK, February 2014 – Jaguar Land Rover welcomed the Prime Minister David Cameron to its world-class Engine Manufacturing Centre in the West Midlands. The Prime Minister was given a tour of the new plant where he saw the on-going installation of the manufacturing equipment first hand.
His Royal Highness Prince Harry made his Goodwood Motor Circuit debut today (Saturday, February 15), as part of a track day run by the Royal Foundation Endeavour Fund.

Last week, during Auto Expo, JLR confirmed that Jaguarâ€™s flagship XJ is the 3rd vehicle to be made at the company’s Indian manufacturing facility in Pune. This follows in the footstep of Land Rover Freelander 2 in 2011 and Jaguar XF in 2013. In addition to Land Rover Freelander 2 and Jaguar XF vehicles, Pune plant will now manufacture Jaguar XJ with 2 powertrains, 2.0 litre petrol and 3.0 litre diesel variants.
New Jaguar UK ambassador JosĂ© Mourinho is the first customer to take delivery of the new F-TYPE CoupĂ© in March 2014. He will accompany Jaguar Land Rover UK Managing Director Jeremy Hicks, and Jaguar Design Director Ian Callum at the official UK launch event for new F-TYPE CoupĂ© in London on 13 February alongwith an audience of prospective customers, Jaguar brand ambassadors and British media.
