Next week’s 2013 Geneva Motor Show will lift the sheets off a a new Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale. The debut vehicle features a 4.7 litre, 460 HP V8 engine alongside a MC Race Shift 6-speed robotised manual gearbox. With top speed pegged at 188 mph (300 kmh), this is a fast one.
To be built at the Viale Ciro Menotti in Modena, Italy, the V8 coupe sports Brembo carbon ceramic disc brakes. A redone carbon fiber hood houses central air intake. There are dual exhaust pipes, and 20-inch forged alloys. The car seats 2+2, and interiors have been rehauled. The 4 seats on offer will sit adults comfortably. 2013 Geneva Motor Show will also see an all-new Quattroporte.
The Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale debuted at the 2010 Paris Motor Show. That vehicle was fitted with two seats to obviously reduce weight. The latest debutante offers 10bhp more. 2014 MC Stradale price details will be anounced at a later date.
