Mercedes Benz has also launched their new high performance B Class hatchback B250 Sports Tourer in Australia. This sporty and capable hatchback can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 6.8 seconds and is priced at $49,500 in addition to on road costs.
B250 possesses a turbocharged direct injection 2.0 four cylinder petrol engine which offers peak power at 155 kW while torque figures stand at 350 Nm sending power to the front wheels via a seven speed dual clutch automatic transmission.
The upcoming model possesses a glossy black exterior with chrome two louvre grille, new bumpers and rear privacy glass with black exterior mirrors. LED daytime running lights and twin exhaust outlets add to its appeal. The vehicle also sports black and silver five spoke 18” alloy wheels with LED tail lights and bi-Xenon headlights with washer jets.
Interiors are done up in perforated leather seats, steering wheel along with stainless steel pedals and black roof lining. Standard safety features include collision warning, Attention Assist, Active Parking Assist with a host of airbags while interior space is also enhanced offering more leg room to passengers in rear cabin area.
