Mumbai is waking up to 2014 Parx Super Car Show today
Last year’s Parx Super Car Show did see an unfortunate Audi R8 catch fire. Back then, Gautam Singhania, Founder and Chairman of the Supercar club of India confirmed the car did not belong to their club.
While the drive was organised in an efficient manner, an unlikely event like this could happen at anytime. We sincerely hope nothing of this sort happens today. You can watch 2014 Parx Super Car Show live here.
This year’s show has shifted venue. Last year, enthusiasts flocked to the Turf Club to watch parked supercars over 2 days, as well as cheer drivers when they returned to base, this year’s throng of spectators will head to Vidhan Bhavan Parking, Nariman Point. Those keen on catching rally cars enroute, can do so along the parade route: Vidhan Bhavan Parking Lot – Nariman Point – Marine Drive – Walkeshwar – Malabar Hill – Kamla Nehru Park – Kemps Corner – Breach Candy – Haji Ali – Worli Sea Face – Worli Sea Link – BKC Junction (U Turn) –Worli Sea Link- Worli Sea Face – Haji Ali – Peddar Road – Marine Drive – Nariman Point.
It’s going to be a colourful Sunday morning, and you need to get out there early enough to see flag off at 9:00 am onwards. There’s a prize distribution scheduled for 1:30 pm. From the American Hot Rod- Rebel to Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche, Bentley, Aston Martin, Audi, Mercedes, and Rolls-Royce amongst others, Parx Super Car Show 2014 drive will certainly get all heads to turn.
