In car entertainment features will include a 5” monitor audio with hands free function, capacitive display with sensitive touch, Bluetooth audio with Aux/iPod/USB facilities, FM/AM Radio, Music CD and Data CD while the screen also functions to display rear view camera.
City will go on sale following its release on January 7 while it will be powered by a 1.5 liter i-DTEC diesel engine that also powers the Amaze. The engine is mated to a six speed manual transmission offering 26 kmpl thus making it the most fuel efficient car in the country as indicated by ARAI. Its petrol engine will be in the form of a 1.5 liter i-VTEC four cylinder engine also seen on its current model while fuel efficiency stands at 18 kmpl.
