Tata Motors officially reveals price and specs of Aria 4×2 crossover – Rs 11.61 lakhs

After successfully launching the 4×4 variant of their Aria MUV late last year, Tata Motors has successfully launched the 4×2 variant of Aria MUV in Indian auto industry for Rs 11.61 lakhs, ex-showroom, Delhi. In Tata’s words, Aria crossover is a luxury vehicle which has a finesse of a sedan and muscle of an SUV.

Features of the new Tata Aria 4×2 include, 2.2L diesel engine generating 140 bhp and 320 Nm torque, dual mass flywheel, leather upholstery, 3 row seating, dual airbags, rain sensing wipers, darkness sensing lights, phone and music controls on the steering wheel, climate control, ABS, EBD, 17” alloys, retractable ORVM’s and much more.

Tata Aria 4×2 is available in 3 variants, namely, Aria Pure, Aria Pleasure and Aria Prestige. Mr. P M Telang, MD – India Operations, Tata Motors said, “As the first Indian 4×4 crossover, the Tata Aria has broken a new path for Tata Motors. With the introduction of the Aria 4×2, we make the range comprehensive. The pleasure of the Aria, combining the finesse of a sedan with the muscle of an SUV, can now be availed by a larger customer segment.”
