Last week, Wald International has unveiled their latest tuning package for Toyota GT86 (also known as the Scion FR-S in the US). It is evident from the new tuning package that Wald has included a new front spoiler and side skirts while additional components include hoot with large air vents, a redesigned front bumper and rear diffuser have also been added to enhance exteriors.
New quad exhaust pipes are fitted matching the rear apron design and short spoilers a along with a more enhanced rear wing and five spoke wheels housed in low profile performance tyres. The body kit is specially designed for Toyota GT86 but also fits onto the North American Scion FR-S. In Japan, the front half spoiler, side skirts and rear skirts are available at ¥231,000 (US$2,760) while rates for the other upgrades will be revealed once the vehicle is officially launched in early 2013.
The GT86 is manufactured by Japan car makers Toyota and Subaru. Powered by a 2.0L engine generating 200 bhp and 205 Nm torque, this sportscar was launched earlier this year, while it was first displayed as a concept back in 2009 at the Tokyo Auto Show. This car, is yet again scheduled to be updated and revealed at the 2013 Toyota Auto Show, which will go live on the 11th Jan 2013.
