Toyota U Trust outlets now total 26, with three new such outlets which have been recently added. These Toyota U Trust outlets cater to the needs of customers where buying, selling or just valuation of Toyota and non Toyota cars are concerned. These three outlets have come up in Navi Mumbai, Rajmundry and Guntur offering Toyota U Trust services to customers in these cities.

Upgrading cars, exchange schemes, valuation of vehicles are all the services offered by Toyota U Trust while value added services such as financing operations are also offered to customers through these outlets. Toyota U Trust was launched initially in Bangalore, Chennai, New Delhi and Mumbai as a pilot project in 2007-08. Backed by support from Toyota Kirloskar Motors, many more such projects were set up all across India.

Customers are eligible for special certification of Toyota vehicles which are purchased through Toyota U Trust and for warranty as well. Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) commenced Toyota U Trust operations at 3 new locations namely, Navi Mumbai, Rajmundry and Guntur in order to facilitate sale, purchase and exchange of Toyota and non-Toyota cars. Toyota will now have 26 outlets, offering ‘Toyota U Trust’ services to Indian customers.

Located in MIDC Industrial Area, Wasan Toyota, Navi Mumbai is an independent U Trust facility and offers a dedicated showroom ambience providing a superior experience for Buying and Selling of used cars.

Operational as integrated showrooms, Leela Krishna Toyota, Rajmundry and Radha Madhav Toyota, Guntur, provide a superior experience for buying and selling of both new and used cars.

Toyota U Trust aims to offer potential customers an opportunity to exchange their ‘Cars of any make’ for a brand new Toyota, allowing them an opportunity to upgrade. It will also, cater to customers who want to exchange their cars for competitively priced used Toyota cars. Customers will also be provided with a wide range of value added services including, finance options at the ‘Toyota U Trust’ outlets.

Toyota U Trust is an important part of the ‘Value Added Services’ provided by TKM, to the customers. Based on the enthusiastic response, received from its customers and also the dealers, Toyota is now looking at a phased expansion to 35 dealers, in 25 cities by Mar 2013. This is to ensure that, TKM U Trust Operations cover approximately 85% of the market.

Customers are eligible to obtain ‘Certification’ for the Toyota vehicles they purchase through Toyota U Trust. Certified vehicles are eligible for a warranty up to 1 year/15,000 km (whichever occurs earlier). Additionally, the customers can avail of three free services (with labour charges waived off) at Toyota dealerships.
