2014 Toyota Corolla to make Indian debut at 2014 Auto Expo

Toyota Kirloskar Motors will be present at the 2014 Auto Expo at Booth No -09 with the theme ‘New Wave of Mobility’ at the 2014 Delhi Expo, to be held from 5th Feb at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida. Toyota India will be showcasing cars which are living upto its motto and reflecting a wave of mobility. This will include the 2014 Corolla Altis, Etios Cross, GT86 besides a host of 15 other vehicles on display.

Making its Indian debut, the 2014 Toyota Corolla will be available for sale in the country later this year and will come in with same engines carried forward from current Corolla. These will include a 1.4 liter four cylinder diesel engine offering 88.4 PS peak power and 205 Nm torque besides a 1.8 liter Dual VVT engine offering 140 PS power and 173 Nm torque.

This spacious sedan with improved sound insulation, features quieter interior. It sits on a wheelbase which is extended by 3.9 inches as compared to its earlier counterpart.
