Nagesh Basavanhalli, President and Managing Director, Fiat Chrysler India Operations spoke of the company’s constant efforts to reach out to current and prospective customers through checkup camps. A checkup camp is a great way to connect with customers, and reiterate Fiat’s commitment to them. Checkup camps uphold the automaker’s global standards in after sales service in India. Fiat reports a positive response to such camps, and that is why the initiative is being taken countrywide now.
Dealership executives will contact existing customers through text messages and e-mails to inform them about the camps. The 3 day checkup camps are set up across 91 cities. Checkup camps in West Bengal, Assam and Bihar will be conducted in November 2014.
Cars will be thoroughly checked for 52 points. A free top wash, 20% discount on labour and 10% discount on spare parts for work related to mechanical repair work is on offer. Customers can also use the visit to test drive the recently launched Punto Evo, and book Avventura contemporary utility vehicle that is scheduled to launch soon.
