Koji Onishi, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Honda Malaysia said, for increase of sales volume, the company will not just focus on new bikes, but also of models currently being sold in the market. He mentioned, about 300 units across different models of Honda bikes are sold each month. Not limited to high powered motorcycles, Honda Malaysia will produce bikes that have good customer demand, he added, during the CBR 250R launch event.

CBR 250R facelift recently launched in Indonesia comes with higher power output than older model. 249.6cc 4 stroke petrol engine with Dual Over-Head Camshaft produces 29 PS maximum power @ 9,000 rpm and 23 Nm peak torque @ 7,500 rpm. Older CBR 250R did 0 to 60 kmph sprint in 3.50 seconds and around 145 kmph top speed.
Honda CBR 650F unveiled at 2013 EICMA hosts a new 649cc in line 4 cylinder engine pushing out 87 bhp max. power @ 11,000 rpm and 62 Nm peak torque @ 8,000 rpm. It features new twin-spar steel frame and aluminium swing arm with adjustable rear shock. ABS is available as option.
