Kawasaki Ninja H2R 300 hp sports bike unveiled at Intermot 2014

Kawasaki Ninja H2REarlier in the day, we shared some leaked photos of the same bike, thinking it to be the new H2. But, Kawasaki has released a set of new hi-res images along with detailed information, revealing that this superbike is in fact H2R, and not H2. Kawasaki Ninja H2R is a track only edition of the Ninja H2, which is scheduled to be unveiled at the 2014 Milan Motorcycle Show (EICMA), in November this year.

Speaking about Ninja H2R, Kawasaki has not revealed exact techspecs, but given an approximate idea. They have stated that the H2R will be powered by a 998 cc inline 4 supercharged engine, delivering approximate power of 300 hp. It will have 120/600 R17 in the front and 190/650 R17 in the rear (both racing slick). Kawasaki also notified that the H2R is a mass production model, but only for the track, it may not be ridden on public roads.
