The forum will be opened by Izabella Teixeira, Environment Minister of Brazil while the symposium will be attended by a total of around 500 noted personalities among who is famous graffiti artist Anarkia Boladona who has dedicated her street art to woman’s rights.
Carlos Ghosn, Chairman and CEO of Renault will hold a Q&A session on growth on June 18th at 12.45 pm. He is scheduled to answer questions on growth, BRIC economies and sustainable development while Olivier Murguet, Chairman of Renault do Brasil along with 29 men and woman will also form part of a group who will be included in the discussions.
In the past Renault has shown their allegiance to woman and various woman oriented programs. The company has undertaken various programs to promote woman in Brazil and is continually hiring woman into their workplace in increasing numbers each year. In 2012, the company had a total of 647 women which was about 10% of their workforce of whom 22% were in white collar positions with 10% in managerial positions
