It will be steeds of a different kind that will be seen as Queen Elizabeth II celebrates her diamond jubilee. Bentley is building 60 limited edition Mulsannes while Ferrari will put on display some of their most historic models on the Windsor Castle grounds.
Celebrating 60 years of Queen Elizabeth II’s reign will see a host of Bentley’s and Ferrari’s in attendance. Ferrari will be part of a Windsor Horse Show Pageant from May 10 to 13 which will involve equestrian displays and a number of other acts from across the globe. Besides this, Ferrari will also be parading some of their most historic Ferraris ever built during the entire duration of the celebrations. Ferrari will also be sponsoring an appearance by Italy’s 4th Mounted Carabinieri Regiment which will be seen performing Historic Carosello and equestrian rides choreographed to music.
Bentley has unveiled 60 hand crafted Mulsannes each with its interiors handcrafted and embroidered in gold stitching and bearing the royal carriage as its central theme. Cushions in the interiors will also bear the same emblem while two highly polished stainless steel plaques with feature Bentley Mulliner, England and Diamond Jubilee Edition.
