BMW India enters Raipur with Munich Motors
BMW India, the largest luxury car manufacturer in the country since 2009, has announced the opening of their yet another dealership for India, in Raipur by Munich Motors.
BMW Raipur is spread over 38,000 sq ft with a display area for 7 cars. It will also feature inventory for original BMW spare parts and a service facility with 10 service bays and a capacity to service 40 cars a day. Munich Motors Raipur is located at Ring Road No.1, Sarona and is in the hands of Prashant Mandhan, MD, Munich Motors. Munich Motors has been associated with BMW India since 2011.
BMW Raipur showroom is designed on the signature BMW layout of Urban Street Display concept while the workshop design is based on their idea of RATC - Reception at the Car. RATC will also feature a service lounge and consultation which will be located inside the sales area. Munich Motors also handle other BMW dealerships in Nagpur, Chhattisgarh, and Maharashtra. They have an employee strength of close to 30 people, which are given intensive training in business systems, service, sales and spare parts. They also have a teal of engineers in the sales and service who have been trained under at the BMW training center in Germany, Malaysia and Singapore.
