Can you tell us what part of Ferrari F150 is this?
Ferrari has revealed another teaser of their F150 ahead of its 2013 Geneva Motor Show debut on 5th March, and just like the earlier one’s, this one too does little to help our imagination. But there is something that will help us imagine what to expect from the F150′s bumper and headlight.
The hypercar has been confirmed for a debut at the Geneva Motor Show 2013 on March 5, but till then the Italian company is keeping everything, even its name under wraps. Codenamed F150 internally, Ferrari will be revealing the name of this successor to the Ferrari Enzo by early next week. Ferrari F150 will compete with Porsche 918 Spyder and McLaren P1, both are scheduled to be unveiled at 2013 Geneva Motor Show. 918 Spider pricing is out and it starts from $845k, while that of P1 is at $1.3m.
Ferrari F150 will possess a HY-KERS hybrid system with a V12 engine capable of a total output of 950 hp. It will be able to accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 2.5 seconds while also projecting a 40 percent reduction of auto emissions (compared to Enzo) due to most body parts made of lightweight carbon fiber monocoque shell. Expected price on launch is scheduled to be in the $1.3 million range. Buyers will be able to opt for custom fit with the seat in a fixed position with adjustable pedal box and steering wheel. Controls are mounted on steering wheel as is seen in an F1 race car while the entire F150 offers a driving experience, close to that of an Formula 1 car.
