Ford’s new Transit Connect Wagon is something that larger families will be looking forward to in the near future. Expected to hit company showrooms across the North America by end of 2013, this people and cargo mover is adaptable and versatile where increased passengers are to be occupied or additional cargo is to be transported. It possesses fold flat second and third row seating with third row sliding capacity for better accommodation.

The wagon has electric windshield defroster which proves ideal in winter conditions when the vehicle is parked on the street. Higher fuel efficiency than most minivans and coupled with compact car like handling and maneuverability makes this vehicle ideal for long distance travel. Ford Transit Connect Wagon is to be offered in a choice of two fuel efficient four cylinder engines –a 2.5 liter four cylinder engine and 1.6 liter EcoBoost, two wheelbase lengths and three series models of XL, XLT and Titanium.

Transit Connect Wagon offers innovative infotainment, safety and convenience features with a choice of five or seven seating arrangements. Features include full glass panoramic roof, rear view camera, 6.5 inch touch screen display with navigation and SYNC with MyFord Touch voice activated communications and entertainment system.
