Standing next to the 2013 Santa Fe Sport, this seven seater variant was unveiled as a concept earlier this year at the New York International Auto Show.

Overall length of the Santa Fe 7 seater is at 193.1 inches, height is at 66.5 inches, while width is at 74.2 inches. Which is respectively longer by 8.5 inches, taller by 0.4 inches and wider by 0.2 inches, compared to the five seater Santa Fe.

Hyundai also offers the 3 row Santa Fe in 6 seat format, with the second row captain’s chairs. Legroom for the second row increases by 1.9 inches while there are vents and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation  and Air Conditioning) controls for the third row passengers.

Hyundai is yet to reveal the price of the new Santa Fe SUV. Hyundai has revealed that the Santa Fe SUV with 6 & 7 seats will only be available in one engine option, 3.3L V6, generating max output of 290 hp and peak-torque of 252 lb-ft.

Hyundai Santa Fe 7 seater will be launched in India next year, this might give boost to sales, as demand for 7 seater cars in Indian auto industry is rising rapidly. Currently, Hyundai sells about 70 Santa Fe’s in India every month (last six months average). For more information, scroll down.
