Love chrome? This is how you wrap your car in chrome

VW retailer Drift Bridge has entered into an alliance with wrapping experts Creative FX and 3M vinyl suppliers to give the VW Mk7 Golf a chrome wrapping. A video has been released by Creative FX showing how the process was accomplished which entailed much precision, measurement and attention to detail.

This project to foil cover the vehicle was taken on as a special treat to Volkswagen Golf as it was declared World Car of the Year 2013.

Drift Bridge celebrated this victory by ensuring that the vehicle received a greater deal of attention and thus chrome wrapped it and video graphed the entire process. On display at the Drift Bridge showroom in Epsom, Surrey, the chrome covered Golf has drawn the attention of a number of viewers while the chrome draws attention to Volkswagen’s lightweight and sporty new model.
