Nissan-Mitsubishi jointly developed new minicar revealed
Nissan and Mitsubishi have unveiled their new minicar which the two auto majors have jointly developed. Nissan version of this new minicar will be known as Dayz and the Mitsubishi version will be called eK. Both, Nissan and Mitsubishi will offer their respective versions in two variants.
This was done with the sole purpose of designing and building minicars exclusively for the Japanese markets. These are not the only two products which will come out of this deal as the companies are also planning to introduce a larger super height tall wagon for 2014 model year.
No pricing of this jointly developed minicar has been revealed but it is common knowledge that US and European markets will not be receiving these vehicles as sales are scheduled exclusively for Japanese markets.
