A new orange coloured dashboard adds to its sporty appeal while trapezoidal air conditioning vents and non integrated seat head rests are also in bright colors. Bolt used Tata’s design philosophy consisting of DesignNext while keeping occupants well connected via ConnectNext and DriveNext adding to driving comforts.
The new Bolt hatchback will be powered by Tata’s new Revotron petrol engine and a diesel motor. The petrol engine is a 1.2 liter turbocharged Revotron engine offering 85 ps power at 5,000 rpm and 140 Nm torque between 1,750 and 3,000 rpm. The diesel engine is a 1.3 liter Fiat Multijet offering 75 ps and 190 Nm torque. Tata Zest and Bolt are both slated for launch later this year and will be priced between INR 4.5 and 7 lakhs.
