Tata Motors’ Vice Chairman Ravi Kant retires
Non-Executive Vice Chairman Tata Motors, Mr Ravi Kant has retired from the Board of the Company on May 31, 2014. This is as per Tata Motors’ retirement policy at the age of 70.
He has also served as chairman of Tata Daewoo Commercial Vehicle Company, Hispano Carrocera and Tata Cummins apart from having served on the board of Voltas, TAL Manufacturing Solutions and Tata Motors European Technical Centre.
Mr.Cyrus P Mistry, Chairman, Tata Sons and Tata Motors, said, “On behalf of the Board and Tata Motors I would like to thank Ravi for his valuable contribution in the growth and development of the Company. I wish him all the best for the future.”
