Mercedes Benz has unveiled the all new 2014 E class coupe and cabriolet. The new Mercedes Benz comes with a cleaner appearance as opposed to its previous models. The new E class coupe and cabriolet boast of larger headlight fixtures and grille in what is the latest bid by Mercedes to integrate a propeller inspired look. Addition of these features provides a cleaner appearance backed by the cohesive look achieved by infusing new headlights and grille fixtures.
The two door duo, are powered by a single petrol and two diesel engine variants. Impressive upgrades have allowed for increase in fuel economy and lowered emissions. Depending on the choice of engines, one can choose from two types of gearboxes, a six-speed manual and an upgraded seven speed automatic. Features like start/stop and brake recuperation periods are available for both these variants.
Consolidating its position as the leader in safety technologies, Mercedes Benz is infusing technologies like Collision Prevention Assist, Attention Assist, Distronic Plus with steering assist, Brake assist Plus with Junction Assist and a optional multi purpose camera to provide view of space ahead of the car in order to avoid collision and accidents.
