Last model of Volkswagen Vento was launched on 24th September, 2014, which was a week before Skoda Rapid facelift was launched. The Vento received subtle cosmetic revisions to vitals like headlamps, wheels, while interior received new steering wheel and dashboard trims.
2015 Volkswagen Vento is seemingly going to be subjected to a bit more comprehensively redesigned front fascia and complimenting rear end. The car hasn’t received the final production-spec body kits yet, but judging from the cover-up, new Vento is likely to sport lower placed front grille & VW badge (notice the absence of concave cut on the bonnet), redesigned bonnet as well (with double crease), completely new bumper with larger and wider air dam, new fog lamp enclosure and sporty chin section. Rear bumper would also look wider and would carry a new horizontal trim coated in chrome.
Engines and transmission systems are likely to be the same on 2015 Volkswagen Vento facelift, with minor changes for better efficiency. It will continue the effort to try and take on Honda City, Maruti Ciaz and upcoming Hyundai Verna facelift.
