As a part of the International Day celebrations, Escorts Limited launched 13 new tractors under flagship brands Farmtrac, Powertrac, and Euroline Series.
These tractors in the 12 HP to 110 HP range will be a part of the company’s international portfolio and will be essentially for global markets while all design development and production will be conducted within the country.
Set to enhance market share across the globe, Escorts Limited announced ‘Global Transformation Vision 2020’ with 37 global partners of Escorts collaborating together to pledge allegiance to Escorts to ensure that this new strategy is a success. A special International Business Division has also been formed to cater to the requirements of global customers.
Each of these 13 new tractors introduced by Escorts Limited is compliant with international emission norms and has been fitted with improvised CRDi engines. Escorts affirms that the tractors are not only better from the aesthetic point of view but are also fuel efficient and highly capable of tackling all sorts of farming functions better than those offered by competing manufacturers.
Escorts Limited plans on exporting these ‘Made in India’ tractors to markets such as South America, Brazil, South Africa, Turkey, Thailand, Europe, United States, and the ASEAN region.
