Mahindra and Mahindra, leaders in the SUV segment in the country have recently concentrated on expansion of their dealer base and service networks across the country. These new dealerships for sales, service and spares are opened in districts of Barmer and Jaisalmer while even in remote areas of Kargil, Port Blair, and Reckong Peo in Himachal Pradesh. The M&M dealerships now cover 70% of districts in India.
Each of these dealerships are 3S dealerships and are well versed to take care of all sales, service and spares needs of customers possessing both personal and commercial vehicles in the M&M range. These dealers have a display area covering a total of 3000 sq ft while separate enclosures sport lounges for families and drivers. A team of enthusiastic service staff take care of customer’s service requirements and each of the service facilities sport 14 to 16 bays taking care of 28 to 32 vehicles at Jaisalmer and Barmer respectively. The Jaisalmer-Barmer dealership is situated on the Jodhpur – Barmer Bypass Road and caters to customers in all small towns and villages in a radius of 120 kms.
February also saw the opening of a 5 bay service station in Reckong Peo in Himachal Pradesh catering to the service conveniences of customers in this out of the way region. Dealers are equipped to take care of the needs of not only M&M customers of private vehicles but also to offer their services to fleet operators, tourist vehicles and commercial vehicles plying through the area.
